The areas targeted must have real need for change.  Braidwater insist on taking a fresh approach to locations.  Whilst respecting local heritage we challenge the area’s historic negative opinions and place emphasis on studying both actual and current trends.  This helps to identify which product will be appropriate and a catalyst for change.

Braidwater has acquired experience by developing in unthinkable locations.  This understanding of the essence of regeneration has given us the capability to repeat our successes over and over again.

Braidwater identified 6.9 hectares of land formerly occupied by J.P. Corry timber supplies, Belfast as brownfield land capable of fulfilling the needs for the development of 250 residential units.
