Braidwater Limited is a privately owned commercial and residential regeneration company. The company's origins were formed in Northern Ireland in 1986. Building on our outstanding reputation in Northern Ireland, a new office was opened in Liverpool in 2002.

The reputation we have built is based on professionalism and attention to detail with a culture of integrity and innovation and a policy of continuous improvement.

Regeneration work is a specialisation of Braidwater Limited. We have delivered regeneration in Londonderry, the first development in the emerging peace, being offices and apartments on "Dorman's Wharf", a former dockside.

Further redevelopment of the former World War II and commercial port of Londonderry created a new, strengthened waterfront and 1km award winning walkway, a new Sainsbury's store and associated landscape, car park and commercial units with central sculpture.
