In recent years, Health and Safety (H&S) has become increasingly important in the construction industry.

We at Braidwater are committed to H&S.  Using the same progressive and innovative approach we use throughout the business we have focused attention on H&S and made it the number one topic on all meeting agendas.

We have recently employed a dedicated Health & Safety Manager and put a new improvement policy in place.  Since June 2005 all Braidwater sites have been registered with both the Considerate Constructors and Safe-T-Cert schemes. 

Quality Standards

Braidwater is committed to delivering EP Quality Standards. Environmental protection is a fundamental part of the Braidwater ethos from the construction process to the life time impact of our business and the buildings we create. 

Braidwater have implemented a number of initiatives to show our commitment to the Environment and quality standards.

Braidwater has committed to integrating the “Windsave” plug and save supplementary renewable electricity supply system to design and planning applications of all new residential projects. This will give all homeowners the opportunity to source up to a third of their electricity supply simply and efficiently.
