This week, Braidwater has announced the further release of new homes to those that have pre-registered at two of its developments:
Beech Hill View and Roe Wood.

All those that have pre-registered will have the opportunity to reserve one of the new homes prior to release to the general public.

In Beech Hill View, the release includes a wide range of the Blackthorn, Cherry and Elm 3 bed semis plus the 4 bed detached Pine and Rowan house types. In order to be included in the pre-registration release email, you can still register your interest by clicking here.

In Roe Wood, the release includes the Campion and Holly 3 bed semis plus the 3 bed detached Violet and Rosebay house types. In order to be included in the pre-registration release email, you can still register your interest by clicking here.

Reservation process
All that have pre-registered will be able to reserve a new home in either development with plots, prices and the reservation process confirmed by email on Monday 25th April. Purchasers are asked to have the following in place:

– Mortgage Decision in Principle
(
independent mortgage advice is available upon request);
– Proof of deposit;
– Solicitor details.
