From the moment Milda Kriunaite and Jack Nicholl met four years ago, they knew they wanted to build a life together. Today, that dream has become reality in the form of their very own home at Beech Hill View.

Milda’s story began long before that night. Born in Lithuania, she moved to Northern Ireland at just two years old after her parents fell in love with the country during their travels.

Having grown up in Derry/Londonderry, Milda met Jack on a night out and the happy couple quickly realised they wanted to live together.

Their dreams then rested on Beech Hill View, as from early on, they both knew it was the place for them. Friends, colleagues, and even family already lived there. Jack’s mum also owns a Braidwater home in Limavady, so the couple had seen first hand the quality, finish, and care that goes into every build.

Still, the journey did not always feel possible. At the start, owning a brand new home seemed out of reach. But a few years ago, they made a big decision together to save hard to own their dream home.

Then came the moment.

While standing in Heathrow Airport, all set for a holiday to Miami, their phone rang. A home had just become available.

“We were literally standing in the airport when we got the call,” Milda laughs. “I remember thinking, this can’t be real. We were about to take off, and suddenly our whole future had taken off too.”

Jack agrees. “It honestly felt like everything came together at that moment. We secured our home, and a short time later we were in the clouds. Overjoyed does not even cover it.”

From there, everything was seamless. They were given time and space throughout the process, from choosing finishes in the marketing suite to using the online visualiser to make the home truly their own. Small details mattered, from moving internal sockets to adding an outdoor socket, tailoring the space perfectly to their everyday life.

When they finally moved in just a few weeks ago, it all felt surreal.

“It’s our own place, our own sanctuary,” Milda says. “Sometimes it still doesn’t feel real, but it’s exactly how we imagined it.”

The build process moved quickly, from scaffolding to keys in hand, and any snagging issues were promptly resolved by Kevin and the onsite team. The care did not stop at handover, as a follow up from site and snagging related queries were quickly taken care off.

Now, Milda has been sharing snippets of their journey on TikTok, with videos of their new home reaching over 200,000 views and spreading the joy even further.

Looking back, they feel Braidwater was not just the builder. They were part of the journey.

“It feels like they walked it with us,” Jack says. “Guiding us, supporting us, and delivering something truly special.”

Four years on from that first meeting, Milda and Jack are exactly where they were meant to be. Together, at home, and very much on cloud nine.
