This week, Braidwater has announced the September release of new
homes to those that have pre-registered at two of its developments:
Roe Wood and Beech Hill View.
All those that have pre-registered will have the opportunity to reserve one of the new homes prior to release to the general public.
Roe Wood release
In Roe Wood, the release includes a wide range of house types:
the Violet 3 bed detached, Sorrel 4 bed detached, Rosebay 3 bed detached and the Orchid 4 bed semis.

Beech Hill View release
In Beech Hill View, the release includes a wide range of house types:
the Elm 3 bed semis, Willow 3 bed detached, Pine 4 bed detached, Rowan 4 bed detached and the Ash 5 bed detached.

Reservation process
All that have pre-registered will be able to reserve a new home in either development with plots, prices and the reservation process confirmed by email on Monday 29th August for Roe Wood and Monday 5th September for Beech Hill View . Purchasers are asked to have the following in place:
– Mortgage Decision in Principle
(independent mortgage advice is available upon request);
– Proof of deposit;
– Solicitor details;
– ID for all purchasers.
