For Nithy Sajen, moving into her new home with her husband Andhus and their young son Noah has been nothing short of life-changing.

The family received their keys in March 2025 and moved in the following month, giving them time to complete some finishing touches before settling in. “It wasn’t just about buying a house,” Nithy reflects, “it was about creating a home and investing in our family’s future.”

The moving process, which could have been overwhelming as Nithy had just returned from maternity leave, proved to be surprisingly smooth. With the support of Ciara at CPS Estate Agents, who kept them well-informed, and the on-site guidance of site manager Kevin Cosgrove, every step felt straightforward. One highlight was their early visit to the house just a week before completion. Walking through the rooms with Kevin gave them a real sense of excitement and reassurance.

Receiving the keys was a moment filled with pride and emotion. Both families celebrated the milestone, recognising the achievement it represented for Nithy and Andhus. The couple had previously been renting, so stepping into their own home felt like a dream realised.

Since the move, the family has enjoyed the benefits of having their own space, particularly for little Noah. The generous garden has become an invaluable part of their daily lives, offering a safe and joyful environment for him to grow up in. Inside, the home is modern, easy to heat, and energy-efficient, which has made life both more comfortable and cost-effective. No longer paying rent means the couple can now put their money into something that truly belongs to them.

What makes the house even more special is the personalisation the family has been able to achieve. From choosing finishes to adding bespoke touches like a media wall in the living room, they have shaped the space into something that reflects who they are. “Every corner of this house feels like it has a piece of us in it – our own touch,” Nithy says warmly.

Throughout the process, the customer care stood out. Kevin Cosgrove, in particular, has been praised by Nithy for his willingness to help whenever needed and for ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Looking back, Nithy describes the experience as brilliant from start to finish. More importantly, she feels the move has significantly improved her family’s quality of life. With space for Noah to play, a warm and efficient home to enjoy, and the pride of ownership at last, the family feel settled, secure, and excited about the future.
