If ever you come across the ‘Perfect Purchaser’ in property terms, then local lady Sylvia Smith is the shining example of that person!

Living in the Drumahoe area for over 20 years, Ms. Smith decided in the last year the time was right to downsize, and so, began looking for a new home in the general area.

Beech Hill View on the Glenshane Road was the dream and Sylvia felt she was lucky to be in a prime position to reserve one of Braidwater’s new homes in the development. She takes up the story:

‘When I was looking at purchasing a new house I was very fortunate to come across this new development by Braidwater.  I’ve lived in Drumahoe for over 20 years and I love the area, so when deciding on selling my last home I wanted to stay in the area to be close to my family and friends and Beech Hill View is the perfect location for me.’

With family very important to Sylvia, it was a no-brainer that Beech Hill View was the perfect location and ideal for having the grandchildren so close to hand.

Describing everything as perfect in her new home, Sylvia added:

‘The location and size is perfect for me, everything’s so spacious, and with a lovely garden for my grandkids to play in. The standard of build is amazing – from the warmth and character down to the fixtures and fittings, everything is perfect.’

When asked if she was interested in writing a testimonial for Braidwater, Sylvia didn’t hesitate and was full of praise for the team:

‘I cannot praise enough the team at Braidwater – from the first contact I had with the sales office all the way through to receiving the keys, the whole process was faultless. People say it is the most stressful time of your life but honestly the staff made me feel like a friend rather than a client.’

And Sylvia didn’t stop there. She was keen to stress how the whole team were happy to help with any request she had.

‘The Braidwater team have been brilliant. They have been very helpful and kind during the whole process, nothing was ever a problem, my queries were followed up with detail and efficiency. I cannot praise the staff enough. I am so happy in my new home. I have to give a special mention to Kevin Cosgrove (Site Foreman) and his team, who were always happy to help.’

So, as far as the perfect purchaser goes, she now lives in Beech Hill View in a Braidwater home!
