NHBC, the UK’s leading new home warranty and insurance provider, has announced that three of the Braidwater Group’s site managers & teams have received its flagship Quality Award at this year’s national Pride in the Job awards.
Braidwater Group site managers Allan Nelson (site: Cloughan View); Kevin Cosgrove (site: Beech Hill View) and Ryan Tannahill (site: Black Ridge at Glenmona) & their teams, were recognised for the vital role they play in ensuring new homes are delivered on time, on safe sites and to the highest construction quality standards.
Pride in the Job celebrates site managers who have achieved the very highest standards in house building across the UK. It is the most highly regarded competition in the house-building industry and the most prestigious benchmark for exceptional site managers.
Judging for the Awards is rigorous with each site assessed across six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.

From a field of more than 8,000, over 400 UK site managers have won a Quality Award in the first round of NHBC’s Pride in the Job Awards 2025, representing the top 5% of those who entered.
