You can be added to the Priority Booking List as a VIP member in advance of the next release if you are chainfree and provide an Agreement in Principle from your lender.
All those who have pre-registered will be able to reserve a new home with plots, prices and the reservation process confirmed by email on Monday 24th April.
Purchasers are asked to have the following in place:
– Mortgage Agreement in Principle
(independent mortgage advice is available upon request);
– Proof of deposit;
– Solicitor details;
– ID for all purchasers.
All Braidwater homes are finished to a high turnkey standard and are complete with a large kitchen and dining/family area, lounge, WC, bedrooms including a master and ensuite, main bathroom and a private enclosed rear garden, which is perfect for a young family with children.
