Plot 50, the Strand house type will be available to reserve.
All those that have pre-registered will have the opportunity to reserve one of the new homes prior to release to the general public.

Purchasers are asked to have the following information/documents in place:

– Deposit confirmation (official bank statement or similar);
– Solicitor’s details;
– ID for all purchasers.
