This week, Braidwater has announced the further release of new homes at Wattstown Manor in Coleraine.
Plot 50, the Strand house type will be available to reserve.
All those that have pre-registered will have the opportunity to reserve one of the new homes prior to release to the general public.
On release are a wide range of homes including the Dunluce 3 bed detached (inc the viewing home), the Strand 3 bed detached, the Moyle 3 bed detached and the Downhill 4 bed semis.

Reservation process
All that have pre-registered will be able to reserve a new home with plots, prices and the full reservation process confirmed by email on Thursday 12th May.
Purchasers are asked to have the following information/documents in place:
– Mortgage or decision in principle (proof from your lender);
– Deposit confirmation (official bank statement or similar);
– Solicitor’s details;
– ID for all purchasers.
On the day, please ensure you check your junk/spam folder for the release email.
Wattstown Manor
