Purchasers can look forward to the housing market re-opening from this Monday.

According to Minister Hargey’s statement, ‘activity which will be permitted includes house viewings, sales, lettings (social and private), home moves and remortgages.’

This gives the green light for estate agents to conduct viewings and house sales, under strict guidance, and house builders will open the front door to their show homes once again.
