The new four-bedroom detached Rose show home took centre stage as visitors arrived to experience The Meadows first-hand, with strong interest throughout the afternoon reflecting the demand for high-quality new homes in the Carryduff area.

Located just off the Ballynahinch Road, The Meadows is one of Braidwater’s latest developments and will comprise 112 highly energy-efficient homes in a range of thoughtfully designed house types.

Visitors to Sunday’s launch had their first opportunity to step inside the impressive Rose show home, which has been meticulously designed to showcase sophisticated contemporary living.

Braidwater collaborated with leading interior designer Jo Andrews, of Jo Andrews Interior Design, to create an aspirational, welcoming interior, combining luxurious textures, carefully curated furnishings and elegant finishes with the home’s generous proportions, intelligent layout and abundance of natural light.

Feedback from visitors was extremely positive, with the quality of the finish, interior design and spacious accommodation among the highlights of the day.

Darren Farnan, Marketing Manager at Braidwater, said: “We’re absolutely delighted with the response to the launch of our new show home at The Meadows. It was fantastic to welcome so many people through the doors and finally give prospective purchasers the opportunity to experience the quality of these homes for themselves.

“We had already seen an exceptional level of interest in The Meadows ahead of the launch, with a number of homes pre-reserved before people had even had the opportunity to visit the finished show home. Sunday’s turnout reinforced that demand and it was particularly encouraging to hear such positive feedback from visitors.

“The Rose show home really demonstrates what The Meadows is all about – beautifully designed, energy-efficient homes with generous living spaces, a high-quality finish and a fantastic location.

“On behalf of everyone at Braidwater, I’d like to thank all those who came along to the launch. We’re looking forward to welcoming many of them back for another viewing and speaking with prospective purchasers about finding their new home at The Meadows.”

Gordon Black of Simon Brien takes his time to explain the site plan to a prospective purchaser at the launch of The Meadows show home.

Situated on the edge of Carryduff, The Meadows combines a peaceful setting and strong sense of community with convenient connections to Belfast and the surrounding area.
