Following on from the success of phase 1 at Beech Hill View, next February 2021 will see the release of new homes at the maturing site on the Glenshane Road in Derry-Londonderry.

The new release will include a range of the popular phase 1 detached homes, including the Cherry, the Blackthorn, the Pine, the Willow, the Oak and the 3 storey, 5 bed Ash house type. A total of 14 homes will be released and available to purchase from February 2021.
