As announced last week, there will be a new release of Roe Wood homes to those that have pre-registered towards the end of August.

All those that have pre-registered will have the opportunity to reserve one of the new homes prior to release to the general public.
The release includes a wide range of house types: the Violet 3 bed detached, Sorrel 3 bed detached, Rosebay 3 bed detached and the Orchid 4 bed semis.

All that have pre-registered will be able to reserve a new home with plots, prices and the reservation process confirmed by email on Monday 29th August for Roe Wood. Purchasers are asked to have the following in place:
– Mortgage Decision in Principle
(independent mortgage advice is available upon request);
– Proof of deposit;
– Solicitor details;
– ID for all purchasers.
All Braidwater homes are finished to a high turnkey standard and are complete with a large kitchen and dining/family area, lounge, WC, bedrooms including a master and ensuite, main bathroom and a private enclosed rear garden, which is perfect for a young family with children.
