Later this week, Braidwater Homes is set to release a further number of new homes at Wattstown Manor to those that have already pre registered.

The release includes a range of the Bann and Port 3 bed semis and with future releases planned for later in the year, you can still register your interest by clicking here.

For those that have pre registered and received the release email, you must have the following information/documents ready in order to be pre qualified to reserve a new home prior to general release (subject to booking procedure):

– Mortgage or decision in principle (proof from your lender);
– Deposit confirmation (official bank statement or similar);
– Solicitor’s details.

For anyone who has pre registered and not received the email, please ensure you check your junk/spam folder.

Wattstown Manor
