Once registered, you will have the opportunity to reserve one of the new homes prior to release to the general public.
The release includes a wide range of house types: the Sorrel, Violet, Rosa, Rosebay and Orchid.

Reservation process
All those who have pre-registered will be able to reserve a new home with plots, prices and the reservation process confirmed by email on Wednesday 3rd May.
Purchasers are asked to have the following in place:
– Mortgage Agreement in Principle
(independent mortgage advice is available upon request);
– Proof of deposit;
– Solicitor details;
– ID for all purchasers
Turnkey homes
All Braidwater homes are finished to a high turnkey standard and are complete with a large kitchen and dining/family area, lounge, WC, bedrooms including a master and ensuite, main bathroom and a private enclosed rear garden, which is perfect for a young family with children.
As part of the turnkey package new home owners can choose their kitchen door, worktop, tiles and carpet and just have to move in on completion as the house is fully painted.
